Bahaha. I literally laughed out loud when I came across this picture on my computer. This picture dates back to my sophomore year in college, which was way back in da day. (To put it in perspective, I graduated 5 years ago. Eek!) My friend Tessa (or as I call her, T-Bizzle) created this in Paint after an interesting night in the dorms. I can't remember which night it was, but I clearly "passed the fuck out" and had hurt my knee. Hence the blood spot in the picture. Ha. I sure hope I never passed out with my tongue out like that! Other than that, I think it is a pretty accurate depiction of who I was in EC.

*Updated*For those of you who actually regularly follow my blog (not even sure my whopping 3 followers do), you'll have noticed I change the design a LOT. I'd say it's a testament to how ADD I truly am, and how I can never sit still! When I'm bored, I find myself staring at the logo and layout, not sure I'm liking any of it. I can't guarantee what I have now will stay either! For now, I think the layout is clean and organized, which is just how I like it. :) What are your thoughts on the new layout friends?

Despite my pure hatred for TV hosts like Guy Fieri and Adam Richman, I watch Diners, Drive Ins and Dives and Man v. Food quite a bit. I've even found myself putting Food Network on when I'm working out, which is either brilliant or completely crazy. Ok, it's just completely crazy. Why watch shows about pigging out when I'm trying to lose weight?? Anywho, I've noticed that a lot of restaurants in the Twin Cities have been highlighted on these shows. (I know others around the state have been highlighted, but Duluth is out for this challenge.) Aside from Matt's Bar, the 5-8 Club, and The Blue Door Pub, I have yet to go to these other eateries. I love food, I love trying new restaurants-why not challenge myself to visit most, if not all, of these places? And so the challenge is on! Some of the restaurants include:
