My mind always runs a mile a minute. I used to write in journals, whether homemade or store bought, to deposit some of the craziness in my head. I decided one day to create this blog to spill my thoughts in a more creative outlet. I've been told that some of my posts are funny, which is an amazing side effect to creating this blog. I love to entertain, and if I can do that here, that's great! If people can relate to what I'm thinking as well, that's even better. My thoughts don't always make sense to me, so it's nice to know that I may not be alone. :)

I should mention that the name of this blog isn't all my own. It came about in college when I worked with Jumpstart, an Americorps program, at the children's center on the UW-Eau Claire campus. My awesome coworker Marna was by far more random than me. The most random things would come out of her mouth, and they were always entertaining! One day at work, she said "Hellllo random thoughts". Little did she know how much that saying would stick with me years later! It's quite fitting for this blog. :)
