Smoot sandwich: (n) Awful, irrevocable hangover. Often accompanied by dry heaves, hot flashes and an unquenchable desire to die.
Example: Man, last night I went out with some smooty friends last night. Best time ever, but I’m really eatin’ the smoot sandwich today!
