I have always been passionate about the Make-A-Wish Foundation, but it wasn't until this year that I finally put that passion to work as a volunteer. I can't help but get emotional over the stories and videos of these children. They are dealing with life-threatening medical conditions, but all they really want is to feel like a normal kid. They want at least one day to not have to worry about treatments, schedules, and such.

Make-A-Wish has a holiday campaign called the Season of Wishes. They are looking to raise money to grant as many wishes as they can. That means more happy children and families, more memories, more bonding. I would never solicit anyone, or hound you to donate money. But if you feel like giving this holiday season, please give the gift of joy for these children. Thank you so much!!
